Our waterproofing systems come with a wide arrange of different wall paneling options. The two seen here are two of our more popular options. The first one is called BrightWall, and is the one that runs from the bottom to the top. The second is called CleanSpace, and is the one that covers the awkward concrete pier. They both are made of inorganic materials that won't allow for mold growth, and they both help drain water coming from the walls down to the WaterGuard sub floor drains.
Mr. Neat of Columbia, Kentucky, had a large crack in his basement walls. They were also beginning to bow. He did an internet search and found The Basement Doctor of Central Kentucky.
To stop the walls from bowing any further, or the cracks from getting any larger our estimator Brian suggested PowerBraces. He didn't move forward immediately but a year later he felt ready to move forward with securing his home. We were able to quickly complete his project.
A common short-term fix for failing concrete columns in the crawlspace is adding shims to keep the floor level. The problem is that these concrete columns are almost always going to continue to fail. That's why this Middlesboro, Kentucky, homeowner called us. They were tired of the never-ending fixes to their sagging floors. To fix their problem, we installed our SmartJack Stabilizer. Our solution will take care of their problem once and for all.
This home had a failed crawl space that was comprised of mold, water, and rot. We cleaned it up by removing the rot, installing CleanSpace and SilverGlo, insulating the rim joists, and plopping down a SaniDry Sedona with a SmartPump. This crawl space is now healthy again.
This basement was leaking water when it rained, and the homeowners wanted it to stop. They didn't like having to pull out their industrial fans and lifting up their carpet every time it rained so they called us to get it waterproofed.
