This basement was having trouble keeping water out. We fixed this problem by installing WaterGuard under the concrete flooring around the interior perimeter of the basement. We then connected this drainage system to a Super Sump sump pump, which discharges water far away from the foundation of the home. 

This crawl space was in need of an encapsulation. By putting CleanSpace walls and a Sedona Sanidry dehumidifier, the crawlspace now blocks out mold, dirt, bugs, cold air, and can now store valuables.

We installed WaterGuard and a TripleSafe sump pump to help keep this basement dry near the basement stair well. 

This crawlspace was having moisture issues, which was deteriorating the wooden beams. To stop the floor from sagging we installed SmartJack posts, which are adjustable to the height of the crawl space. Not pictured is a SmartSump sump pump, which will help keep moisture out as well.
