Photo Album: Drainage Matting and SmartSump to resolve water in Louisville, ky

A Louisville, Kentucky homeowner wanted the vapor barrier replaced in the crawl space and a general inspection to see if there was anything else needed.  They met with Paul, a Certified Inspector, who recommended CleanSpace Drainage Matting and a SmartSump Crawl Space Drainage System are installed. The CleanSpace Drainage Matting has dimples in it that will provide a channel for the water to drain into the SmartSump Crawl Space Drainage System. The SmartSump Crawl Space Drainage System has a unique designed lid with a special pocket so that if there was water leaking into the crawl space from a plumbing leak that pocket would fill up and sound the alarm.  This will alert the homeowner to a problem in the crawl space to be resolved before damage occurs.  The WaterWatch Alarm will also sound if there is a pump or power failure.
