Photo Album: PowerBraces resolve bowing walls in a Duplex in Lexington, KY

A homeowner in Lexington, Kentucky has a duplex built in the 80's and noticed a bowing wall.  He met with Mark, a Certified Inspector, who recommended the PowerBrace System is installed to resolve this problem.   PowerBraces are steel I-beams secured to the floor joist and the floor to stabilize the foundation wall.  They can be tightened over time and can potentially straighten the wall over time.  Power braces are installed without any invasive drilling or digging on the property.
