The Helical Pier System permanently stabilizes your home's foundation and in many cases can lift your home back to a level position. Steel piers are mechanically screwed into the ground until it reaches stable soil. Then a bracket is attached to the pier and attached to the home's foundation footing. This transfers the weight of your home to the pier. This permanently stabilizes your home from further movement.
