We encapsulated a crawl space for a homeowner in Monticello, Kentucky. The CleanSpace Liner is a bright white plastic liner, similar to a pool liner, that is attached to the walls and floor of the crawl space. This provides a mold and vapor-proof barrier between the ground and the home. We also installed CleanSpace Vent Covers over the existing vents to provide an airtight seal, and an EverLast Door to provide easy access into the crawl space.
SilverGlo Crawl Space Wall Insulation is polystyrene insulation that is infused with graphite particles to reflect heat back into the crawl space. This helps with heating costs and makes the floors warmer also.
SaniDry Sedona can remove up to 100 pints of water per day from the air. The "duet" filter removes mold spores, dust mite droppings and other particulates from the air.
