Photo Album: PowerBraces used in Louisville, KY

A Louisville, Kentucky homeowner has a basement wall that is tilting at the top of the wall.  The homeowner called The Basement Doctor of Central Kentucky to find a solution to this problem.  We installed a PowerBrace System to resolve the problem with the wall in the basement. A PowerBrace is a steel I-beam that is secured tightly against the wall with brackets that are attached to the floor and floor joists.  The PowerBrace has an adjustable screw that can be tightened over time to potentially straighten the wall.  The PowerBrace immediately stabilizes the foundation wall and protect it from any further movement.
