Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation Company in Morehead, Kentucky
A homeowner in Morehead, Kentucky, was dealing with water issues in their crawl space and reached out to The Basement Doctor of Central Kentucky for a solution. After assessing the situation, our expert recommended a CleanSpace Encapsulation System to fully protect the crawl space from moisture.
The solution included a CleanSpace Liner, CleanSpace Drainage Matting, and CleanSpace Vent Covers to seal out water and humidity. To manage drainage, we installed a SmartSump Crawl Space Drainage System, while SilverGlo Crawl Space Wall Insulation helped improve energy efficiency. To maintain a dry environment, we added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and for added durability, we installed an EverLast Door.
With this system in place, the homeowner now has a dry, well-protected crawl space, free from moisture issues.
The SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier
The SaniDry Sedona is used to keep the humidity low in the crawl space. This will discourage mold, infestations, dust mites, and moisture from entering the crawl space, and makes the air upstairs healthier. The filter on the SaniDry removes mold spores, dust mite droppings, and other unseen particles from the air.
