This previous customer had a partial waterproofing system installed by us four years ago. When water came in from the unprotected sides, they called us to complete the system and turn it to a full one. We added a TripleSafe sump pump as well as new WaterGuard drains.

Ice Guard Outlets

These outlets allow water to still be dispelled from the home in case the underground discharge line freezes in cooler temperatures.

New TripleSafe

This new TripleSafe will help the existing TripleSafe discharge the massive amounts of water for this large basement.

CleanSpace

We also added CleanSpace to help the homeowners have the freedom to finish their basement in the future. The wet concrete on the left was hooked up to the existing WaterGuard to the right of the sump.
