Cracks in Outside Brick

These cracks on the outside of the home confirmed that this house was settling, and was cause to install piers.

Hydraulic Piers

After we install piers, we then lift the foundation with some hydraulics attached to the piers. This process can help close the cracks.

Discharge Line

The sump pump that we installed in the crawl space discharges far away from the foundation of the home. The Ice Guard outlet, (the white piece attached to the wall) will allow water to still be displaced from the crawl space in the event the discharge line freezes under the yard.
