This enormous crawl space was in need of some repairing, as the wooden parts were showing the beginning signs of rot. There were also some pretty bad smells coming from the space. In order to control this environment and allow the crawl space to last, we encapsulated it. We also sprayed foam insulation all over the rim joists as an extra precaution to make sure this wood stays healthy for as long as possible.
