Backfilled Trench
After we backfill the trenches, the piers are completely concealed.
Hydraulic Proccess
In some cases, we are able to not only stabilize the home, but lift it too. The red parts seen on the piers allow us to use pressurized fluid to attempt to lift the home.
Piles Attached to Footers
The piers have now been attached to the footing of the home. They are angled slightly to make sure the "L" shaped bracket stays hooked onto the home.
Gaps in Floor
These gaps occur when your home is settling.
Cracked Drywall
This drywall cracks from the corners of the window. Windows are the first to crack because they are the weakest structural point in a home.
Cracked Brick
A vertical crack like this is a sure sign of settling.
Sticking Windows
Windows and doors will seem sticky and hard to open and close when settling occurs.
