Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing & Foundation Repair Contractor in Williamstown, KY
This homeowner in Williamstown, KY, was facing two major concerns: water intrusion and failing foundation supports. Their existing I-beams were rusting and losing strength, putting the stability of their basement at risk. To restore support, we installed our PowerBrace® system, a set of galvanized steel beams that reinforce the walls and can be adjusted over time to help straighten them.
For waterproofing, we placed WaterGuard® subfloor drains along the perimeter to capture any water seepage and direct it to our SuperSump® system, which efficiently pumps water out of the basement to keep it dry.
With these solutions in place, the homeowner now has a stronger, drier basement, ensuring lasting protection for their home.

Failing Existing Beams
This picture was captured by our Inspector before the repair job. Here you can see the rusting beams that were installed by another company to try and secure the wall.
PowerBrace System
Our steel I-beams are coated in zinc to prevent rusting.
SuperSump Sump Pump
This sump pump will do a good job at discharging water far and away from the home.
Subfloor Drains
Our WaterGuard subfloor drains are buried beneath the wet concrete. You may be able to see the wall flange that the WaterGuard has that is able to catch leaks coming down from the wall.
