Our piers are the metal rods sticking out of the earth in the trenches up against the foundation of the home.
Sticky Window
When settlement occurs, most homes begin to crack at the windows, as they are the weakest part of the structure. You can see how the base of the window slopes right along with the slope of the grade the home rests on.
Finished System
Our Piers are buried beneath the soil, leaving them concealed.
Exposed Footer
The footer of this home was pretty shallow, and when a footer rests above the frost line, it can go through periods of expansion and settling.
