Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This basement was growing mold and musty odors, which was a problem for the inhabitants above it. We decided we were going to help them get rid of these problems once and for all. We installed WaterGuard around the whole perimeter interior, a TripleSafe sump pump attached with an UltraSump 4 battery back up, a SaniDrySedona dehumidifier, trench drains, discharge lines with LawnScape outlets, and BrightWall around the whole basement. This family was happy with the outcome.

This home had a failed crawl space that was comprised of mold, water, and rot. We cleaned it up by removing the rot, installing CleanSpace and SilverGlo, insulating the rim joists, and plopping down a SaniDry Sedona with a SmartPump. This crawl space is now healthy again.
