Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: WaterGuard, TrenchDrain and TripleSafe resolve water problems in Frankfort, KY

A Frankfort, Kentucky homeowner was having problems with water coming into the basement through the french drain.  There was a sump pump system installed, but the homeowner was wondering if it was not strong enough to handle the amount of water coming into the basement.  He called The Basement Doctor of Central Kentucky for a solution to this problem.  He met with Brice, a Certifed Inspector, who recommended WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System, A TrenchDrain along the garage door entrance, and a TripleSafe Sump Pump System.    TrenchDrains and WaterGuard will intercept the water that is seeping into the basement and drain it into the sump pump system, such as a TripleSafe Sump Pump System.  The TripleSafe Sump Pump System has a 1/3 hp Zoeller cast iron pump that will do the majority of the pumping.  If this first pump fails or becomes overwhelmed with the amount of water that is seeping in a second pump, a 1/2hp Zoeller sump pump will come on giving a "turbo boost" to the system.  These two pumps working together can pump 6,200 gallons of water per hour out of the basement!  The third pump in this system is the UltraSump Battery Back-up Pump and it automatically turns on during a power failure giving you added security during a power outage due to the local power outages or if your system is unplugged or a circuit breaker trips.  All three of these pumps fit into the TripleSafe Liner so they will not take up much space.   WaterGuard intercepting the water and having the stronger 3 pump system, this homeowner will be able to enjoy a dry basement.
