The FlexiSpan Crack Repair System is a multi-step system engineered by Basement Systems.  FlexiSpan starts with a bead of sealant to seal the crack.  This will completely stop the leak or slow it down.  If there is any water at all that gets past the sealant it will be drained by the FlexiSpan Foam Drain Strip.  The FlexiSpan Foam Drain Strip is applied over the sealant and tucked down into the drainage below.  A Sealant overlay is applied over the repair to provide a sealed patch from top to bottom.  The FlexiSpan Crack Repair is permanent and works every time.
