Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: EverLast Panels, TripleSafe Sump Pump and WaterGuard used in Rineyville, KY

A home in Rineyville, Kentucky that was built in 2002 was seeping some water into the basement between the walls and the floor.  The homeowner called The Basement Doctor of Central Kentucky and met with a certified inspector to find a solution to this problem.   We installed the patented WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System, a TripleSafe Sump Pump System, and EverLast Panels to resolve the problems the homeowner was having in the basement.  WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is installed around the perimeter of the basement to intercept any water that seeps into the basement.  The system is designed to drain the water out of the basement, unseen, to keep the basement dry.   The TripleSafe Sump is a three pump system.  Pump 1 is a 1/3 hp pump and this is the pump that will do the pumping the majority of the time.  Pump 2 is a 1/2 hp high volume pump.  This pump will start up if Pump 1 fails, or if it becomes overwhelmed by a high volume of water.  Both pumps running together can remove up to 6200 gallons of water per hour out of the basement.  Pump 3 is the UltraSump Battery Back-up Pump.  This pump will run if there is a pump or power failure and run on battery power to remove water from the basement.  The UltraSump comes with its own battery and charging station. The EverLast Panels are made of cement board, covered with a textured mold proof, washable, vinyl finish.  EverLast Panels, unlike drywall, will not be damaged by water or moisture and is a great addition to your finished basement.
