WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is a sub-floor piping system installed to intercept water that seeps into the basement.  The water is then pumped out of the basement by a sump pump system. The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System is a high-end Zoeller cast iron pump.  It includes a WaterWatch Alarm, SuperLiner Airtight Lid, and Floor drain.   The UltraSump Battery Back up System will automatically turn on during a pump or power failure to pump water out of the basement. The FlexiSpan Crack Repair System is used to seal and cover cracks that are leaking water into the basement.  It has three layers to keep you protected from water seeping through.  The first is a bead of sealant.  The second is a FlexiSpan Foam Drain Strip and the third is a Sealant Overlay.
