Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System used to resolve water in Stamping Ground, KY

We installed WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System, a TrenchDrain, and a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System for a homeowner in Stamping Ground, who was having problems with water seeping into the basement. The WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is used to intercept the water that seeps into the basement and then drains the water into a sump pump system.  WaterGuard is our patented, sub-floor piping system that is installed around the perimeter of the foundation walls in the basement.  The TrenchDrain has a grated top to allow the water to flow in from the top of the drain.  It is usually installed across doorways and hatches.   The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System is a high-end 1/3 hp Zoeller Cast iron pump that is used to pump water out of the basement.  The SuperSump includes the WaterWatch Alarm, SuperLiner and an Airtight Lid with an Airtight Floor Drain. The WaterWatch Alarm will sound if there is a pump or power failure.  This will alert the homeowner to a problem with the system that needs to be resolved.  The SuperLiner is a heavy-duty plastic liner that houses the pump and will not cave in or crack.  The Airtight Lid keeps the water from evaporating back into the basement, keeps things from falling into the liner, keeps out insects and odors and helps to quiet the pump.  The Airtight Floor Drain will allow water to flow into the liner but the water cannot back up into the basement.
