Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: WaterGuard resolves problems with water seeping into the basement in Versailes, KY

A house in Versailles, Kentucky had water seeping into the basement from in between the floor and the wall.  We installed a WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System and a TripleSafe Sump Pump System.  The WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is a sub-floor piping system that is installed along the foundation wall.  This piping system will intercept the water that seeps into the basement and will drain this water into the sump pump system.    The TripleSafe Sump Pump System has 3 pumps.  A 1/3 hp cast iron pump will do the majority of the pumping.  If this pump would fail or become overwhelmed with a high volume of water, the second pump will start up and run.  This second pump is a 1/2 hp high volume pump.  The third pump in this system is the UltraSump Battery Back-up Pump.  This pump turns on during a power failure and will pump water out of the basement using battery power.  Call The Basement Doctor of Central Kentucky to find out how we can help you resolve your wet basement problems.
