Sump Pump System
Our SuperSump sump pump comes with all the latest gadgets our network has designed. Its airtight lid keeps moisture contained, its alarm alerts homeowners of any potential failures, and its Zoeller cast-iron pump is capable of pumping 2,280 gallons of water an hour.
Weeping Holes for Subfloor Drainage System
After we dug the trench for our subfloor drains to be placed in, we then drilled weeping holes in the trenches to invite outside water into the drainage system. This process relieves the basement of water pressure and prevents cracks from forming on your walls.
WaterGuard is Fitted in Trench
We then place the WaterGuard drains in the trench and make sure everything is graded properly. We then backfill the trench with gravel.
Concealed Drainage System
After the WaterGuard is fitted into the gap between the wall and floor, it then gets sealed over with a fresh layer of concrete.
Completed WaterGuard System
The WaterGuard has now been completely sealed into place, and will collect any water that the weeping holes invite in. It will also catch any wall leaks thanks to its wall flange, if wall leaks should occur.
Winchester Bathroom Fixtures Secured with WaterGuard
This Winchester basement bathroom was fitted with a WaterGuard around the fixtures. This should collect any overflow water from the fixtures themselves, as well as protect them from water damage in the event of a flood.
