Winchester Bathroom Fixtures Secured with WaterGuard
This Winchester basement bathroom was fitted with a WaterGuard around the fixtures. This should collect any overflow water from the fixtures themselves, as well as protect them from water damage in the event of a flood.
Winchester Basement Wall Prepared for WaterGuard Installation
This wall has had a space cut out at the base for the WaterGuard to be installed at. This below-the-floor drainage system does not sit in the soil beneath the basement floor to prevent clogs.
WaterGuard is Set in Place
The WaterGuard is then set in place, and is ready to be sealed in the gap between the wall and the floor. Once complete, this drainage system will not be visible and will carry all water directly to the SumpPump.
Team Member Sealing in Water Guard
After the WaterGuard is fitted into the gap between the wall and floor and secured in place, it will be sealed into place and out of sight.
Completed WaterGuard System
The WaterGuard has now been completely sealed into place, and will collect any water pooling in the basement and distribute it to the sump pump to be distributed back outside.
SuperSump Sucks Water Out of the Basement
This Winchester basement elected to have a SuperSump installed. This model is very popular, and comes with an airtight lid and WaterWatch alarm system.
