Subfloor Drain System
WaterGuard is a subfloor drainage system that was engineered to be the most effective solution. It prevents clogging and is easily maintained, (unlike exterior systems).
Basement Perimeter Waterproofing
The WaterGuard will collect any water built up around the foundation and drain it to the sump pump.
Finished Waterproofing System
This photo gives a good angle of the wall flange that the WaterGuard is equipped with. The ragged wall flange helps collect water leaking down from the wall, all while containing as much moisture as possible under the floor. You can also see the port near the bottom of the picture that allows us to service the drainage system in the future.
Sump Pit Installed
Here you can see how the drainage system hooks into the sump pit. The sump pit also has holes, which allows the gravel to help drain as well.

The SuperSump is a world-class system, which includes a Zoeller cast-iron pump, a WaterWatch alarm system, and the patented SuperLiner with an airtight lid.
