Sump Pump
Our SuperSump will do a dandy job at discharging this water upwards and outwards.

Precautionary Plastic
We protect your property by covering everything with plastic, that way the dust doesn't damage your items.

Trench for Subfloor Drains
In order to install our subfloor drains, we first need to dig a trench around the perimeter of the basement. We then drill weeping holes in these trenches to allow water to come into the subfloor drains we install later.

Backfilled Subfloor Drains
We backfilled our WaterGuard drains with a fine gravel, which will allow water to access the drains. We also apply a moisture resistant tape over the trench so moisture doesn't seep into the concrete we lay over the drains.

Fresh Concrete
After we install our project, it can take a couple days for the fresh concrete to cure over the subfloor drains.
