The front side of this home was experiencing some major consequences from hydrostatic pressure. All the built up water was causing the walls to bow in and water intrusion. It made sense why the front of the home was experiencing water issues because the backside of the basement was a walkout with no soil surrounding it. Basically, the house was sitting on a hillside that allows water to run down and sit on the front foundational wall of the home. We fixed this issue by installing our PowerBrace bowed wall repair system and our waterproofing system consisting of subfloor drains, one of our sump pumps, trench drains, and our vapor barrier. The result was a happy homeowner with some peace of mind!
