Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Wet Drywall Repair System & Basement Waterproofing in Liberty, KY

This home experienced flooding that led to water intrusion and moisture damage in the finished basement. To fully restore the space, the homeowners needed not only a reliable waterproofing system but also durable, moisture-resistant walls. Rather than removing the entire wall, we replaced only the lower portion of the drywall that had been affected. We installed EverLast Wall Panels, which are designed to withstand water exposure while maintaining a clean, finished appearance. These panels are completely inorganic, preventing mold growth and musty odors, and are available in a variety of colors to match any basement design. To protect the basement from future flooding, we installed our WaterGuard drainage system along with a TripleSafe sump pump. Musty Basement

This was taken upon initial inspection of the basement. We knew there was water damage on the lower parts of the drywall.

Negative Air

We used negative air to keep dust out of the home while we installed our waterproofing system. We also made sure to seal everything in tarp, including the vents, to make sure dust doesn't escape.

Drainage System

After fitting the WaterGuard subfloor drains in the trenches, we cover them in tape to make sure moisture stays away from the concrete we lay over it.

This was after we poured and finished a fresh layer of concrete over the drainage system. It is now concealed underneath the floor.
