Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing Contractor in Wilmore, Kentucky

This basement had two major issues: bowing foundation walls and water intrusion. To stabilize the walls, we installed our PowerBrace® steel beam system, which provides permanent support and can be adjusted over time to straighten the walls. For waterproofing, we installed our WaterGuard® subfloor drainage system to capture water along the perimeter and added WellDuct® drains to direct water from window wells into the system. Finally, we installed a TripleSafe® sump pump, ensuring reliable water removal with its three-pump system for maximum protection. With these solutions in place, this basement is now strong, stable, and completely dry!

TripleSafe Sump Pump

Our TripleSafe is our most reliable system thanks to the three different pumps it contains. One of those pumps is backed by a battery backup system in case of power failure.

PowerBraces

This picture gives a good glimpse into the kind of deflection this wall was showing. Our PowerBraces may be able to straighten the wall out overtime. These Braces also prevent damage to your floor joists and your concrete floor by dissipating the weight of the wall evenly across the two.

Drainage System

This picture was taken just before we layered the drains with concrete. The well duct drain leads straight into the subfloor system. We cover the subfloor system with tape to make sure moisture stays away from the porous concrete we lay over top. The WaterGuard system also comes with a wall flange to intercept wall leaks.
