Dear Mr. Miles,

I wanted to write a personal letter to commend the three young men that worked at our home recently.  Rusty Little, Dennis Johnson, and Dylan Davidson were a pleasure.  All three of them worked extremely hard to get the job done.  In addition to working hard, they were very considerate in doing the work.  They probably had to work harder to avoid tearing up tile and having to move things (water heater).  We are pleased that for the very first time in 20 years we had about 3 inches of rain and not a drop in our basement.
