Concrete Lifting and Leveling Photo Album: PolyLevel used to raise concrete slabs, in Richmond, Kentucky.

This sidewalk slab had some voids under it so we used the PolyLevel Injection System to resolve this for the homeowner.  PolyLevel Injection Foam is injected under the slabs, it expands and fills the voids.
