The CleanSpace Liner has been installed on the walls and floor of the crawl space to provide a vapor-proof barrier between the ground and floor.
Protective Crawl Space
The encapsulation will help protect the crawl space from moisture, infestations, mold, draft leaks, etc...
Crawl Space Sump Pump & Dehumidification System
The SmartSump has been installed to drain water out of the crawl space. The SaniDry Sedona will keep the humidity low and filter the air.
CleanSpace Encapsulation System
We have installed the CleanSpace liner in this crawl space and wrapped the piers, as you can see in this picture.
Moldy Crawl Space
Mold can eat away at your wood and cause health issues if not treated. As part of the encapsulation project, we made sure to spray and clean everything with anabec cleaner to eliminate mold.
