Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: CleanSpace Encapsulation System, SmartSump Crawl Space Drainage System, and a SaniDry Sedona to resolve crawl space problems in Junction City, KY

We installed CleanSpace Encapsulation System, a SmartSump Crawl Space Drainage System and a SaniDry Sedona for a homeowner in Junction City, Kentucky.   The CleanSpace Liner is a bright white, plastic liner, similar to a pool liner.  The CleanSpace Liner is installed with special spikes and drilled-in fasteners to provide a vapor-proof barrier between the ground and the home.     The SmartSump Crawl Space Drainage System is used to remove water from the crawl space.  The SmartSump features the WaterWatch Alarm.  This alarm will sound if there is a pump or power failure.  It will also sound if water from plumbing is leaking into the crawl space.  When this happens, the water that is leaking into the crawl space will fill a special pocket on the lid sounding the alarm.  From there, the water will drain down into the Airtight Floor Drain.  The water can drain down into the drain, but it does not allow moisture to come back up into the crawl space.
