Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Sagging floors resolved with SmartJack Floor Supports in Corbin, KY

A homeowner in Corbin, Kentucky was noticing some sagging floors in their home.  The homeowner met with Brice, a Certified Inspector, who recommended that SmartJack Floor Supports are installed to resolve this problem for the homeowner. SmartJack Floor Supports are steel piers that are used to jack up the floors into place.  A steel pier is cut to size and placed under the area that needs support.  The adjustable "screw" is used to jack the floor back up to level and can be re-adjusted in the future if needed.
