SilverGlo is Graphite Infused
SilverGlo is expanded polystyrene insulation with graphite infused into it. The tiny particles of graphite in the material lower its conductivity.
SmartSump with WaterWatch Alarm
The SmartSump comes with a "WaterWatch" alarm, which will sound if the alarm pocket fills with water or if there is a power failure. Once the alarm has been sounded, any water in the crawl space will be drained into an airtight floor drain and pumped back outside.
Discharge Line Carries Water Outside
This discharge line will carry and release water outside.
IceGuard Provides Added Security
The IceGuard provides an automatic secondary pathway for water to be pumped outside if the discharge line freezes or clogs.
