Crawl Space Repair - SmartSump with WaterWatch Alarm
The SmartSump comes with a "WaterWatch" alarm, which will sound if the alarm pocket fills with water or if there is a power failure. Once the alarm has been sounded, any water in the crawl space will be drained into an airtight floor drain and pumped back outside.
