Humidity Test

Our inspectors make sure to test the humidity upon inspections. This crawl space was reading a 70% relative humidity before we repaired it. 70% is really high, and is the level at which dust mites begin to form.

Here you can see the beginning stages of us installing our SilverGlo insulation panels and our drainage matting. The drainage matting gets installed under the CleanSpace moisture barrier to provide extra strength, comfort, and of course, drainage.

Dehumidification System

Here is a great photo showing all of the three main components of this system. The white CleanSpace blocks out moisture, the SilverGlo insulation panels keep it insulated, and the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier eliminates any moisture that may be trapped in the encapsulation.

The Everlast crawl space door comes with knobs that allow homeowners to manually tighten the attached weather strips to create a vapor barrier and to cover all seams of the door.
