Drainage Matting
The brown bubbled matting you see on the floor is our drainage matting. It directs water to the sump pump, using its pockets of air to help guide the flow. It also makes the CleanSpace that goes on top of it stronger and softer.
Dirty Crawl Space
The old, ripped up plastic you see on the floor did not do a very good job at protecting this crawl space.
Clean and Bright Crawl Space
When you've got a tall crawl space like this, having CleanSpace illuminating the room really helps to be able to store items in the crawl space.
Sump Pump and Dehumdifier
The dehumidifier discharges all the water it collects out of the air straight into the sump pump. Everything is automatic in this crawl space.
Discharge Line
We placed the outlet for the discharge at a safe place, on a slope down and away from the home.
