This homeowner was having issues with selling their home because their crawl space was in pretty poor condition. We helped them out by repairing the crawl space through an encapsulation project. We first waterproofed the crawl space with french drains and our TripleSafe sump pump. laid our dimpled drainage matting all over the floor of the crawl space. This matting will help drain water underneath the vapor barrier. We then blanketed the entire crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier in order to isolate the space from ground moisture. Lastly, we installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and blocked all the vents with our vent covers to keep the air in this space conditioned. This encapsulation helped the owner sell their home, and the new homeowners inherited the warranty with no transfer fee. Our sump pump seen here comes with three pumps, including a battery backed one. Our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier will help keep this conditioned space dry. Both systems are completely automatic, and are quiet.

Crawl Space Encapsulation
Our CleanSpace moisture barrier is made of a heavy plastic, similar to a pool liner. It is taped at all the seams and buttoned up the walls.
