The right side of this house was settling into the soil, causing the brick siding to fall away from the foundation wall. We aimed to put a stop to it by installing six piers on the side of the house. After attaching the piers to the footers of the foundation, we used hydraulics to raise the foundation back to where it was originally. 

This home had a basement wall that was bowing in from external pressure. We fixed this by installing PowerBrace I Beams all along the wall. These beams are strong enough to hold up all that pressure and then some.

When we inspected the crawl space, we noticed the concrete piers were sinking into the ground, and the humidity levels were high. As we see with most bowed walls, there was a large horizontal crack in the block wall just below the frost line. You see, when water freezes underground outside your foundation, it causes the water to expand and push inwards towards your basement. Our repair is simple, but very effective.
