This crawl space had pools of water sitting at the bottom every time it rained. These pools of water were causing mold and moisture issues, which were tearing away at the insulation and wooden frames. In order to fix this, we installed a drainage system made of perforated pipes backfilled with gravel along the interior perimeter of the crawl space. These drains were hooked up to a SmartSump sump pump. We then covered the whole crawl space in Clean Space liner, which is made of non organic material. Thus way mold can never grow on it. We then installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, which is able to eliminate air moisture issues. We also installed a Turtl crawl space entry door, which is not shown in the pictures.

A Lexington, Kentucky homeowner has a home with a brick foundation. The homeowner was having problems with water seeping into the basement through the walls. We installed a WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System, along with a SaniDry Sedona and a TripleSafe Sump Pump System.
WaterGuard is our patented piping system that is installed along the foundation walls between the floor and wall to intercept water that is seeping into the basement. The water is then pumped out of the basement through a sump pump system, such as the TripleSafe Sump Pump System.
The TripleSafe Sump Pump System has three pumps. Pump one is the primary pump and will do the majority of the pumping. This pump is a 1/3 hp pump and is a reliable, efficient, smooth-running pump. The second pump is a 1/2 hp pump and this pump will start up if either pump one would fail or if it is having trouble keeping up with heavy water flow, this second pump will start up to help pump one. Pump three is the UltraSump Back-up Battery Pumping System. This pump will turn on during times of power failure or pump failure and will run on battery power. It comes with its own battery and charging station.
The SaniDry Sedona is a dehumidifier that filters and dries the air. Too much moisture in the air causes musty odors and encourages mold growth. Whatever is in the crawl space area of the home is also in the living area. Having a SaniDry will keep the moisture low and the filter removes mold spores, dust mite droppings, and particulates from the air.
WaterGuard Waterproofing System will intercept the water seeping into the basement and the TripleSafe Sump Pump System will pump it out of the basement. This will keep the basement dry and make the space usable for storage or extra living space without the worries of water intrusion. The SaniDry will filter and dry the air. This will keep the basement and the living area air dry and help to prevent mold and musty odors from forming making the home more comfortable and healthier place to live.
