We went out to this residence in Frenchburg, KY, in order to repair the outside concrete that had settled and cracked. For all the slabs that had sunken into the ground, we jacked them back up with our PolyLevel expansive foam. Once everything was leveled back out, we then sealed all the cracks and gaps in the concrete with our NexusPro sealant. We were able to restore the concrete and effectively increase its expected lifetime, saving the homeowners thousands in having it replaced.

A homeowner in Frenchburg, Kentucky reached out to us after noticing cracks in their drywall and doors sticking throughout the house — classic signs of foundation settlement. Upon inspection, we found that a section of the home’s foundation had begun to sink due to poor soil conditions beneath the footing.
To permanently stabilize the structure, we installed a series of helical piers along the affected portion of the foundation. These deep-driven steel piers were advanced into stable load-bearing soil and then used to lift and support the foundation back toward its original position.
The installation was completed with minimal disruption to the property and provided immediate structural support. With the foundation now fully stabilized, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their home is secure for years to come.
