This home in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky was having issues with a settling foundation. Our team installed a series of 9 helical piers underneath the foundation of the home, permanently stabilizing it.
Our team was asked to evaluate a property in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky with a sinking front stoop and uneven concrete walkway. The inspector determined that this was a result of years of erosion and water infiltration beneath the slabs and stoop.
Our team was able to correct these problems through a series of high-strength PolyLevel polyurethane foam injections beneath the slabs and stoop. These injections expanded as they dried - lifting the fixtures back to level and stabilizing them.
