After we encapsulated the crawl space, the homeowners finally had a reason to use it. They wanted to store some things down there, so they wanted a new access well that would make climbing in and out of the crawl space easier. We installed our Turtl door, which comes with a locking capability, perfect for anyone who wishes to store valuables in their crawl space. The Turtl is also super strong, weather resistant, and looks great.

We were contacted by a nursing home facility in Salyersville, Kentucky that was experiencing noticeable settling in one section of the building. The interior floors had sunk several inches, creating uneven surfaces and concerns about safety for residents and staff.
After a thorough evaluation, we determined the issue was due to soil movement and voids beneath the slab. To permanently stabilize and lift the sunken area, we designed a two-part repair approach:
We installed 6 heavy-duty slab piers beneath the affected section to stabilize and lift the concrete slab from below.
Once the slab was lifted back to its original position, we injected PolyLevel foam to fill the remaining voids beneath the floor, ensuring long-term support and preventing further settlement.
This method provided precise control during lifting, minimized disruption to the facility, and delivered a lasting solution. The result? A safe, level surface — and peace of mind for the staff and residents.
