This specific family was troubled by a persistently damp and leaky basement in their suburban home. To tackle water seepage, a trench drain system was proposed under the door, while CleanSpace wall encapsulation would prevent moisture from permeating the basement walls. This house had one wall that was splitting vertically because of a shifting foundation. Helical piers were needed, and helical piers were installed.
