This customers porch steps were sinking four to five inches into the ground, which could result in a potential hazard. Luckily our PolyLeveling system was able to raise the steps to the exact level needed very neatly. 

This home in Georgetown, Ohio had a foundational problem that could lead to complete destruction of their home, not to mention it was also causing flooding. After we inspected the problems, we suggested power braces and a waterproofing system to ensure a dry and healthy home. The family agreed and we began our installation process. Power braces, made of high-quality steel, were expertly placed along the basement walls to reinforce and support the foundation. Their adjustable design allowed for potential corrective measures, ensuring long-term stability. Alongside the power braces, the team installed a sump pump system in the basement floor along with a drain system. This smart solution would efficiently collect and redirect any incoming water away from the home's foundation, preventing water buildup and flooding. With the power braces and sump pump working in harmony, the home was now fortified against foundation issues and water woes, making it a safe and dry haven for her family and belongings.

This home in Richmond, Kentucky was in need of a crawl space makeover because there was too much moisture and mold growing. Enter the expert crawl space repair team, who arrived at the home equipped with innovative solutions. They proposed a comprehensive plan that involved installing a CleanSpace encapsulation system. This high-quality, durable, and vapor-resistant material would be installed across the crawl space floor and walls to prevent moisture from entering and to seal off the area from external elements. In addition, the team recommended the installation of a sump pump to actively collect and pump out any excess water that might still find its way in. The sump pump would ensure a dry and healthy crawl space, reducing the risk of mold growth and preserving the structural integrity of the home.

To further enhance the crawl space's water management, the team also suggested laying a perforated pipe along the perimeter of the crawl space. This pipe would collect any water that might seep through the CleanSpace encapsulation and redirect it to the sump pump for efficient removal. This home was in need of the usual crawl space encapsulation with some extra additions on top. CleanSpace matting and drainage was installed on the floor, with SilverGlo insulation on the walls. We also installed a SmartPump sump pump, a SaniDry Sedona, a vent cover, and an Everlast crawl space door. This crawl space will look, and work very exceptionally for the future. 

We installed WaterGuard and a TripleSafe sump pump to help keep this basement dry near the basement stair well.
