This customer had worked with us once before to waterproof their basement. Our customer had us back out to inspect their foundation, which they suspected was sinking. They were right, so we got right to work on installing helical piers through their basement floor. We first jackhammered the concrete floor away, then we dug the dirt out all the way to the footers. We then attached our piers to the footer, then pressed the piers all the way to solid dirt under the house. We then used hydraulics to raise the footers back to where it originally was.
This home in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky had a crawlspace that was growing mold because moisture was finding its way in. It was evident that the house should be properly insulated and waterproofed in order to stop moisture from ruining the fun. The first step was to clean the mold from the walls and ceiling by using Anabec cleaner. We then sprayed foam insulation in the ceiling and walls after the mold was cleaned. We then installed a Smart Sump, which will pump water that the Drainage Matting collects. We then placed down Silverglo on the walls and CleanSpace over the Drainage Matting. The Silverglo is a great insulator and prevents mold. The CleanSpace helps seperate the crawlspace from the earth completely. Next, we hooked up a discharge line that leads the pumped out water away from the home. Lastly, we covered the vent covers and placed a SaniDry to help wick away moisture for good. The home now saves money on energy, has a healthy foundation, does not contain mold, and is waterproofed. (Side note: Cleanspace encapuslation not pictured, it was installed over the drainage matting after the picture was taken.
This specific home in Georgetown, Kentucky had basement walls that were bowing and stair-cracking. They needed to be fixed or the home was looking at a possible structural collapse that would be hard to recover from. Luckily, our experts were on the case and were ready to help. We served up 8 feet tall power braces along the bowed in walls in order to hold them in place indefinitely. These braces were placed technically specific to the home, with the help of our team. The result was a happy homeowner who was relieved to know their home is okay.

This home's crawlspace main beam was being held up by a concrete cinder block. Mold and Father time contributed to the cinderblock and main beam eventually failing, which needed some help. We installed SmartJack's to raise this main beam once and for all.
