This homes crawlspace was receiving too much moisture and smelled really musty. In order to combat this problem, we decided to encapsulate and waterproof. We installed CleanSpace matting and drainage, as well as a Smart Sump and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. SilverGlo insulation panels were also installed, helping keep the good weather in and the bad weather out. 

This crawlspace was causing issues for the owner. Moisture, bugs, cold air, and mold were all seeping in, causing health problems for the crawlspace and the people living above. We installed CleanSpace liner and drainage all along the walls and floors of the crawl space, as well as a SmartSump sump pump and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. 

This basement owner had a semi-finished basement that had received I-beams from a different structural contractor. These beams that were installed did not stand the test of time and were breaking down. On top of that, their basement was also receiving water leaks. They called us this time to get it right for good. We ripped out the beams and installed our PowerBraces, which won't crack like the other ones they had installed. We also waterproofed with an interior perimeter system consisting of concealed WaterGuard drains, a SuperSump sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The customer no longer needs to worry about wall failure or water leaks.

This home's back porch was sinking into the soil by a couple inches. We raised it back to the height it started at by using PolyLevel foam.
