This old crawl space had trash, fallen fiberglass, mold, pests, and wet spots scattered all around. The homeowner knew they wanted it encapsulated so they could protect their home, but they didn't know what company to look for. After doing some research, they looked at our reviews and decided they wanted us to come take a look at their crawl space. After sending one of our certified Inspectors out for a free consultation and to go over the specifics, the homeowner knew that we were the right company and hired us to encapsulate their crawl space. We waterproofed, encapsulated, installed a dehumidification system, sealed the vents, and removed all the debris. The result made the homeowners very happy with their choice.

We lifted part of this patio slab so that rain water is graded away from the foundation of the home. In the far part of the patio in the pictures, (near the home) we injected our PolyLevel foam under the slab to slop the patio away from the home. We then sealed all the cracks and gaps with our NexusPro sealant, which is UV resistant. The sealant will help keep water away from the foundation of the home and inbetween the cracks.

This crawlspace was so wet and dirty that it had a pretty bad smell. Mold and other odors can cause headaches, nausea, and a lot of other health issues for the inhabitants who breathe it in. We went out to this residence in Frenchburg, KY, in order to repair the outside concrete that had settled and cracked. For all the slabs that had sunken into the ground, we jacked them back up with our PolyLevel expansive foam. Once everything was leveled back out, we then sealed all the cracks and gaps in the concrete with our NexusPro sealant. We were able to restore the concrete and effectively increase its expected lifetime, saving the homeowners thousands in having it replaced.
