Concrete Lifting and Leveling Before & After Photos

This slab foundation home in Stamping Ground, KY, was sinking into problematic soil causing the slab to sink by about 3/4 of an inch. Because the slab was light enough, we were able to raise it with our PolyLevel expansive foam jacking method. As you can see in the after picture, our foam was able to completely fill the void, and even lifted it back up a bit.

We first leveled out some of the slightly sunken slabs in this driveway with our PolyLevel foam jacking method in Dry Ridge, KY. After we stabilized the slabs, we then sealed all the joints with our NexusPro joint sealant. Our NexusPro sealant is UV resistant and will keep water and debris out of the control joints, all while still allowing natural expansion and contraction in the concrete. We then topped off the project by spraying our SealantPro chemical all across the surface of the driveway, "SealantPro dramatically extends concrete's lifespan by defending it from damage caused by water and chemical absorption, which can result in pitting, flaking and staining. The result of this project is a dramatic increase in the expected lifespan of the homes outside concrete and a major boost in curb appeal.

The concrete surrounding this house was sinking and breaking a part pretty badly. We lifted and sealed the broken driveway and sidewalks using PolyLevel foam. This alternative is a great way to save money on replacing the concrete entirely. 

This family in Corinth, Kentucky, had a lovely sunroom, but the concrete floor started to sink.
