This porch was sinking away from the home, causing the porch to crack between the door and the porch slab. This can happen when the soil shifts from underneath the porch, as was the case for this porch. We raised the porch slab back to a normal level using our PolyLeveling foam. We then sealed the crack with NexusPro sealant, which will keep water and debris out of the crack.
The sidewalk leading up to this home in Shelbyville, KY was sinking into the soil. To reverse this process, we injected polyurethane foam under the sidewalk. The foam is so strong that as it expands under the concrete, it is able to raise the slabs. By using calculated amounts of foam for each different slab, we are able to get the sidewalk level again. After everything is leveled, we then sealed the slabs together at the seams. This process was way cheaper than replacing the sidewalk completely, and for that, the homeowner was very happy with the outcome.

This elevated front porch was sinking into the soil, which had caused a gap to form between the houses vinyl siding and the porch floor. The floor of the porch was also angled down towards the home, which made the porch awkward to walk on and to put furniture on. Another problem was that the porch was covered, but whenever it stormed really badly, the rain was directed towards the homes foundation. We fixed the slanted porch by injecting our polyurethane foam through the slab on the side closer side of the home. After we carefully injected the slab, we were able to even the porch back out again, fixing all the problems the homeowner wished for.
This home's back porch was sinking into the soil by a couple inches. We raised it back to the height it started at by using PolyLevel foam.
