This crawl space often had pools of water sitting at the bottom of it, so the owner wanted a sump installed to get rid of the pools of water. We also installed a system of perforated pipes covered in gravel to help irrigate the water to the pump.
This house had some beautifully crafted concrete, that was unfortunately sinking into the ground, causing slight cracks in the patio. In order to stop it from sinking and from cracking any further, we injected PolyLevel foam under the concrete to stop the sinking for good.
This home had a pretty big crawl space that was in pretty good shape, but was receiving moisture none the less. We installed our CleanSpace walls to act as a moisture barrier, and we also installed insulation panels called SilverGlo.
Settling was causing the outside brick to stair-step crack. We stopped further settlement by attaching our piers to the falling footer, then drilling the piers down into stable soil. We also used hydraulics to barely tap the foundation back to where it was originally.
We replaced this old sump pump with our TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe comes with three different pumps, including a battery backed one, (no worries for power outages!)
