Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This home needed a waterproofing job in the basement. When it rained it would flood, and this was upsetting the owner. We installed Waterguard, a Super Sump, and an IceGuard to complete the project. The basement is now dry. 

This basement was having trouble keeping water out. We fixed this problem by installing WaterGuard under the concrete flooring around the interior perimeter of the basement. We then connected this drainage system to a Super Sump sump pump, which discharges water far away from the foundation of the home. 

We installed WaterGuard and a TripleSafe sump pump to help keep this basement dry near the basement stair well. 

This home had a pretty big crawl space that was in pretty good shape, but was receiving moisture none the less. We installed our CleanSpace walls to act as a moisture barrier, and we also installed insulation panels called SilverGlo. 

We replaced this old sump pump with our TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe comes with three different pumps, including a battery backed one, (no worries for power outages!)
